Delivery Service

Delivery Area:

• Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. If the delivery address is outlying islands and designated remote areas, a remote area **surcharge** will be levied.
• Please do not use a PO Box as your delivery address.

Delivery Fees:

• Orders that do not meet the free shipping amount (the free shipping amount may change from time to time depending on promotional offers, etc., without notice) will be charged according to weight.
• If the customer specifies SF Express for delivery, an additional **surcharge** will be charged

Delivery time:

• The product will be shipped within 2 working days after the order is confirmed and the customer will receive the product within 5 to 7 working days.
• The delivery time for door-to-door delivery service is generally from Monday to Friday, from 12:00 noon to 22:00 evening. If the delivery address is an office and the delivery cannot be received after 6 pm, please make a note to us to avoid no one to receive the delivery.
• Customers in remote areas will be charged an additional remote shipping fee. Depending on the region, the goods will be sent to SF Express and delivered by SF Express. It may take an additional 3 to 5 working days depending on the region. Shipping costs in remote areas are borne by the customer (not available in Dong'ao Island)
• Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be rescheduled.
• All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by telephone or email before delivery or collection.
